The refining process begins with the controlled treatment of raw materials in specialized melting furnaces. The molten material then undergoes a carefully managed refining process utilizing the aqua regia method, enabling the separation and purification of precious metals to exceptional levels of purity. SMELTING - MELTING

To maximize the recovery of precious metals from scrap and production waste generated primarily by the jewelry industry and other precious metals processing sectors, we employ advanced pyrometallurgical technologies that ensure efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible operations.

Throughout the process, smelting and melting operations are conducted under precisely controlled temperature and atmospheric conditions to achieve optimum process performance. Laboratory Service

LABORATORY

The ARD Laboratory performs precious metals analysis using the Fire Assay (Cupellation) method in full compliance with ISO 11426, delivering highly accurate, reliable, and internationally recognized analytical results.

Every stage of the analytical process is supported by certified reference materials and internationally accepted calibration procedures, ensuring the highest levels of precision and consistency. Test results are presented in comprehensive reports that include detailed technical data, purity values, and analytical findings.
